Electrical Engineering Qualification and Certificate of Competency: Electrical (Factory)
Code EB driving license.
MS Office / SAP
A minimum of 10 years Considerable management experience at a senior level in the Electrical Engineering field.
Key Performance Areas
Identifies and defines the immediate, short- and long-term objectives/ plans associated with a District
Commenting on the applicability of specific key performanceindicators and measures against outcomes detailed in the departments business and strategic plans
Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilization,productivity and performance of personnel within a District
Prepares capital and operating budget proposals, motivates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations
Manages the formulation of specific contracts and tender documents and controls contractual obligations
Directs and controls the professional, technical and operationaloutcomes associated with the functions related to the district
Managing the operational dimensions and resources (materials, plant and vehicle, decentralized depot operations) and monitors utilization and cost effectiveness of activities against operational
plans.
Disseminates functional and operational information on the immediate, short- and long-term objectives and current developments, problems and constraints.
