SANY Nigeria is a leading multinational provider of heavy machinery and construction equipment. We are seeking an elegant, highly articulate Receptionist to serve as the premier ambassador of our office, ensuring seamless client interactions and sophisticated operational support.

The Role


Corporate Ambassadorship: Act as the polished face and voice of SANY Nigeria, welcoming high-profile clients, stakeholders, and international visitors with exceptional poise and professionalism
Communication Management: Oversee the front desk, manage executive correspondence, and route incoming calls with flawless telephone etiquette
Administrative Excellence: Coordinate boardroom schedules, manage logistics for corporate guests, oversee office inventory, and provide refined clerical support to the HR and Admin teams


What We Look For


Experience: 3+ years of front desk or administrative experience within a multinational or premium corporate environment.
Education: HND or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Linguistics, Communications, or a related discipline.
Language & Poise: Immaculate verbal and written English communication skills. A poised, confident demeanor with a high level of emotional intelligence and professional grooming is non-negotiable.
Linguistic Advantage: Professional proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is highly valued and will be considered a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
