Responsibility Summary:


Build and manage strong relationship with corporate clients.
Ensure customer acquisition, retention and income generation.
Steer-head growth in assets, liabilities, trade finance and cash management products. •Maintain and develop high-value corporate portfolios and ensure profitability.


Academic & Professional Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field, (MBA) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of general banking experience with at least 3 years in Corporate Relationship Management.
Experience in relationship management within the manufacturing, construction, trade and real estate sector, is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of banking products, services and regulations.

High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach. Strong credit appraisal and analysis skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to lead a team and provide strategic oversight and guidance.
