Responsibility Summary:
Manage a portfolio of retail customers-focusing on product penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the Retail portfolio
Proactively manage and review credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.
Participate in marketing activities within the business areas to maximize growth.
Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank's strategy
Academic & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, economics, finance or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business development.
Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.
Skills/Experience Required
Proficiency in Sales and Relationship Management.
Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data.
Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
