RESPONSIBILTIES


Develop and execute sophisticated strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives for assigned high-value accounts (retailers, spas, distributors).
Act as an authoritative product expert, conducting in-depth consultations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for both clients and retail partners, covering ingredients, application techniques, and benefits.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating contracts and terms effectively to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitable growth.
Utilize extensive industry knowledge to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing actionable insights to the marketing and product development teams.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior representatives or beauty advisors, fostering a culture of expertise, professionalism, and goal achievement.
Collaborate on and execute promotional events, trade shows, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.


REQUIREMENTS


A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or cosmetology certification is a plus.
A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in sales, account management, or a senior client-facing role within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
A professional and polished demeanor with the gravitas to manage complex
client relationships and represent the brand with credibility at all levels. In-depth, encyclopedic knowledge of cosmetic products, skincare, makeup artistry, and current beauty industry trends.
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuade stakeholders.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and think strategically to drive long-term business outcomes.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva) and strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Existing strong network and connections within the cosmetics retail or wholesale space.
