Cost Accountant (FMCG)

Industry: Manufacturing Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cost Accountant to manage production costing, inventory valuation, cost analysis, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyse actual and standard production costs. Conduct variance analysis and investigate cost discrepancies. Monitor raw materials, WIP, and finished goods valuation. Develop and maintain BOM-based costing. Prepare monthly cost and profitability reports. Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and cost-saving initiatives. Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ICAN, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification. 5 - 8 years of relevant cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, BOM costing, and variance analysis. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Sage.
