Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop country-specific business plans, set objectives, and implement global strategies locally.
Operations Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations, fromsales andmarketing to finance and logistics, ensuring smooth functioning.
Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, P&L, debt recovery, andresourceallocation to achieve financial targets.
Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, motivate, and managelocal staff; foster a strong company culture and ensure succession planning.
Market & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong ties with local clients, partners, government bodies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, andregulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, andinternal company policies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to regional orglobal leadership.
Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications
A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business,Sales & Marketing, or related field;
Master's/MBA is an added advantage .
Significant leadership experience of (4-10 years) in management, business development, sales, or project management, ideally in Fast moving products.
Must be hardworking and willing to work extra when needed.
Deep understanding of the local market, regulations, culture, andbusinessenvironment is crucial.
Strong financial management, strategic planning, market analysis, anddata-driven decision-making. Resilience, flexibility, and cultural sensitivity to navigate complex, high-pressure environments.
