Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative CCA Educator to lead extracurricular and enrichment activities that support learners' creativity, leadership, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and supervise Creative & Cultural Arts (CCA) activities
Organize clubs such as drama, art, debate, crafts, and cultural showcases
Encourage learner participation in competitions and exhibitions
Support holistic development through non-academic programs
Maintain records of learner participation and progress in CCA activities
Collaborate with other staff to integrate creativity into school life
Ensure a safe and engaging environment during CCA sessions
Requirements
Degree in Education, Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or related field
Experience working with children in creative or extracurricular settings
Strong organizational and facilitation skills
High level of creativity and enthusiasm
Ability to manage diverse learner groups effectively.
