Job Summary:
The Creative Director leads the creative vision and execution across all CIG Motors brand touchpoints, overseeing design, motion, video, and content development. The role translates marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts and ensures all creative output is of a high standard, on-brand, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Direction
Develop the overall creative direction and concepts for campaigns, aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
Translate briefs from the Marketing Manager into strong creative concepts for campaigns, events, social content, and offline collateral.
Champion creative innovation that differentiates the CIG Motors brand in the market.
Team Leadership & Production Oversight
Lead and mentor the creative team to deliver high-quality output on time.
Oversee the production of videos, photography, motion graphics, and print/digital collateral.
Review and approve all creative deliverables prior to publishing or release.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
Establish and maintain quality standards and creative review processes.
Trends, Innovation & Vendor Management
Stay current with design, video, and creative trends and technology to keep the brand's output fresh and competitive.
Manage external creative agencies, freelancers, and production vendors when required.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction and design capability is required.
Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in creative or design roles, including at least 3 years in a creative leadership position.
Proven experience leading creative teams and campaigns, in an agency or in-house setting.
Strong visual and design sensibility with excellent storytelling ability.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong project management skills.

High attention to detail and consistency with brand standards.
