Key Responsibilities:
Design: Create designs for campaigns, packaging, social media, and in-store materials while aligning with the brand's global identity and local culture.
Produce animated content (videos, GIFs, reels) with strong storytelling, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
Creative Development: Turn campaign ideas into multi-format contentnand collaborate with creative teams to produce 3600 assets.
Productim & Delivery: Deliver high-quality artwork and motion content optimized for various platforms, managing multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Education & Experience: degree in a relevant field and
3+ years in a creative or advertising role (preferably in FMCG, QSR, or youth-focused brands).
Techrical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro (bonus for Blender or Cinema 4D).
Creative Strength: Strong portfolio with both design and motion work; excellent visual rhythm, timing, layout, color, and typography.
Platforrn Knowledge: Solid grasp of social media formats and trends.
Work Ethic: Able to handle feedback, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality results quickly.
