Credit Review Officer at PalmPay

Key Responsibilities


Review and assess loan applications and supporting documents.
Analyze customer creditworthiness, repayment capacity, and financial history.
Conduct periodic reviews of existing loan portfolios to identify potential risks.
Monitor delinquent accounts and recommend appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare credit review reports and recommendations for management approval.
Identify early warning signals and escalate high-risk accounts.
Collaborate with collections, risk, operations, and customer service teams to improve portfolio performance.
Maintain accurate credit records and documentation.


Qualifications


Minimum of NCE certificate.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience with credit analysis or financial review is a plus.
