Husk Power Systems Nigeria Limited is recruiting to fill the position of: Customer Experience Lead. The position is located in Abuja. Salary: N450,000 - N550,000 monthly. The Manager, Customer Experience (CX) is responsible for leading end-to-end customer engagement, revenue protection, and service quality across Husks interconnected and hybrid mini-grid portfolio. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Social Sciences, ora related discipline with 68 years experience in off-grid / mini-grid operations including 3 years coordinating a team to achieve high level deliverables and must have led teams that managed minimum of 7,000 customer base with coreKPIs across retention, CLV, NPS etc
