Customer Experience Manager

Foremost Radiology Consultants Limited (FRCL) is recruiting to fill the position of: Customer Experience Manager. The position is located in Surulere, Lagos State. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can oversee customer experience operations, develop and implement service improvement strategies, manage customer complaints, monitor team performance, streamline processes, and ensure a consistently excellent patient experience. Interested candidates must be proactive, detail-oriented, exceptionally coordinated, and capable of managing people, processes, and customer interactions effectively.
