Job Summary


Lextorah is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and digitally skilled Customer Experience Officer to support daily operations, manage student interactions, and oversee digital communications.
This role blends customer service, administrative coordination, and social media management to ensure a seamless experience for our students and smooth office operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Communication:


Serve as the first point of contact via phone, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and email
Respond to inquiries, provide course information, and guide prospective students through enrollment
Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary
Maintain consistent and timely communication with students.


Administrative & Office Management:


Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Maintain and update student and company records systematically
Coordinate class schedules and communicate updates effectively
Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement when needed
Prepare basic reports, track expenses, and support budget documentation
Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and deliveries
Liaise with vendors for maintenance and office-related needs
Assist HR with job postings and interview coordination when required.


Digital Communications & Social Media:


Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms
Manage WhatsApp channels and respond to online inquiries
Develop and distribute newsletters and other communication materials
Monitor engagement and recommend improvements to digital presence
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (customer service, admin, or communications)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with social media tools and Canva is an added advantage
Must reside in Yaba or its immediate environs (mandatory).
