Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service/Admin Officer to manage client relationships and support deployed staff.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for follow-ups, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication between the company, clients, and field staff.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction with deployed staff
Maintain consistent communication with outsourced/deployed staff across locations
Handle and resolve complaints, conflicts, and workplace issues in a timely and professional manner
Act as the primary liaison between clients and the organization
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback or escalate concerns when necessary
Ensure proper documentation and updating of staff and client records
Prepare reports on client feedback, staff performance, and issue resolution
Support general administrative duties within the HR/operations team
Ensure compliance with company policies by deployed staff.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
1 - 3 years experience in customer service, HR, or admin role (preferably in a recruitment or outsourcing firm)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients/staff.
