Job Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Ensure guests have an excellent dining experience from arrival to departure.
Take reservations and assist with seating arrangements when required.
Follow up on customer requests and special orders.
Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the restaurant's service standards.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Assist in resolving service issues and customer concerns.
Promote restaurant products, menu items, and special offers.
Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Ensure the reception and customer service area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Support the achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 years experience.
