Job Responsibilities


Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive dining experience
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Take orders (in-person or via phone/online platforms where applicable)
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service
Monitor customer satisfaction and report issues to management
Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment
Support daily operations to ensure smooth service flow.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, or Bachelor's Degree with 1-10 years experience.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
