Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate and prompt pickup and delivery of garments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in clients with excellent service etiquette.
Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy of customer information and preferences.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's customer base, including customer referral programs and targeted marketing initiatives.
Promote the company's services and products to both existing and potential customers to increase brand awareness.
Coordinate with the operations/factory to ensure seamless service delivery.
Collect, document, and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings.
Participate in community engagement and local marketing efforts to attract new customers within the Lekki Phase 1 area.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a laundry or retail environment.
Strong marketing and communication skills, with the ability to promote services effectively.
Ability to develop creative strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must reside around Lekki Phase 1 or its environs.
