Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support smooth daily operations within our food service business.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints both physically and via phone or digital platforms
Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues while maintaining professionalism
Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and service staff
Manage and monitor orders from delivery platforms (e.g., Chowdeck, Glovo, Bolt Food)
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
Support daily sales reporting and basic administrative tasks
Ensure excellent service delivery in line with company standards
Upsell products and promote ongoing offers or menu items
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field with 1 - 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the food or hospitality industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
