Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Prepare quotations and maintain accurate customer records.
Process petty cash transactions and generate basic reports.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.
Support other administrative and customer service activities as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
At least 2 years' experience in customer service, front desk, showroom, retail, or another customer-facing role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas such as SUM, IF, percentage calculations, and other basic financial computations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Experience using spreadsheets for quotations, petty cash, and reporting.
