Responsibilities
How to tidy up the reception.
Electricity conservation- switching on and off computers and machines when and when not in use
Ensure Adequate refreshments items (Glasses and water are readily available at the reception).
Operation of reception Television display at the reception area.
To ensure there is adequate reading literature (brochures & profiles) neatly arranged on the reception table/stands.
Ensuring that all staff radios are working properly.
Familiarize with extension numbers of company staffs.
Recording all telesales/on reception book and in excel sheet format
Directing all telephone inquiries to the right departments (sales, finance, accounts, and administration).
Ensuring guards' extension is working correctly.
Familiarize with extension numbers of company staffs.

Ability to do Photocopying, scanning, and laminating of documents.
Verification and submission of documents received to attention persons.
Receiving and dispatch of Customer vehicles diligently and accurately.
Submission of vehicle checklists to appropriate departments top enable job card raising.
Recording full details of vehicles collected.
Casuals' management-Recording casuals names, retaining their Id's and issuing of workshop passes. Drawing up casuals contracts and organizing payment before close of the day.
Submission of Reception book to the Directors office on a daily basis.
Recording complaints/anomalies encountered in the course of the day
Excel sheet reporting of all inquiries handled during course of the day (walk in, visitors, Telecoms).
Cleaning and maintenance of Visitors helmets and reflectors.
Noting and preparing Meeting Minutes and sharing to respective parties
Not limited to the above job roles/ duties and deliverables any other tasks handed out by the management shall be carried out in the prescribed time frame.
