About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Price Desk Manager to oversee customer experience and pricing operations. This role is critical in ensuring service excellence, accurate pricing, and efficient resolution of client inquiries within our logistics network.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the customer service team to ensure prompt and professional response to inquiries
Handle escalations, complaints, and service recovery to maintain high customer satisfaction
Oversee the pricing desk, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing for logistics services
Develop and implement pricing strategies in line with market trends and company objectives
Prepare and analyze pricing reports, cost structures, and service performance metrics
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align pricing with service delivery
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and provide tailored solutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in customer service, pricing, andlogistics operations experience
Must have managerial experience in a previous role or present role
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must reside in or be proximate to Ajao Estate and its environs.
