Key Responsibilities
Receive, sort, and organize incoming parcels for customer pickup
Verify customer identity and ensure accurate parcel handover
Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing packages
Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries or complaints
Ensure the station is clean, organized, and secure at all times
Track and report daily transactions and inventory
Coordinate with the operations team on delivery and return processes
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification or equivalent
0 - 2 years of experience in logistics, retail, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy (Excel, mobile apps, etc.)
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must reside in or be proximate to Igando, Lagos state, and its environs
Must be willing to resume immediately.
