Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Provide accurate information about project status, payment schedules, documentation, and handover timelines.
Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Assist customers with booking forms, agreements, and contract documentation.
Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests.
Follow up on pending documentation and approvals.
Share construction progress updates with customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with project managers.
Inform clients about project milestones and expected delivery timelines
Support property inspection (snagging) and handover processes.
Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for defect rectification.
Receive, log, and track customer complaints.
Escalate complex cases to the Customer Service Manager when necessary.
Follow up to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of complaint history.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
