Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in and online customer enquiries professionally.
Provide accurate information about shipment processes and company services.
Process and document shipments accurately.
Prepare shipping documentation and maintain proper records.
Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Support daily branch operations as assigned.
Requirements
Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Must be posted to or willing to serve in the specified branch location.
