Prepdia Kenya is a leading home tutoring company connecting parents and students with qualified tutors. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for both parents and tutors.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to parent and tutor inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist parents in booking tutoring sessions and managing schedules.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update our internal systems.
Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
Provide general information about Prepdia's services and processes.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to improve service delivery.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience in customer service or support roles is an advantage.
Basic computer literacy: MS Office, email, and online platforms.
