Job Summary


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, providing information about our properties and investment opportunities, and ensuring a positive client experience at all times.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client requests effectively.


Key Responsibilities


Attend to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Provide detailed information about the company's properties, investment plans, and services.
Assist clients with documentation, applications, and payment processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Follow up with clients on property inquiries, investment packages, and service requests.
Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Keep customers informed about new property listings, investment opportunities, and company updates.
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.
Support administrative tasks related to customer management.


Requirements and Qualifications


Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or real estate services is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests.
