Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting the company's properties and investment packages, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new leads for property sales and investment opportunities.
Promote the company's properties, land, and investment packages to prospective clients.
Conduct property presentations and site inspections for interested buyers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
Provide clients with accurate information regarding property prices, payment plans, and documentation processes.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve sales strategies.
Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or real estate is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal and networking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
