We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time.

Monitor order status and provide customers with regular updates.

Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma in customer service, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
