Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Warehouse Administration
Update inbound and outbound raw materials in the company's system, and maintain accurate and upto-date inventory records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock sheets.
Support warehouse processes, including, receiving raw materials, issuing raw materials to factories,
receiving finished goods from factories, issuing finished goods to customers, etc.
Procurement & Documentation
Prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Receive, verify, and upload supplier invoices and credit notes into the company system for payment processing.
Maintain organized filing systems for all documents, including delivery notes, purchase orders, and supplier invoices.
Customer Service & Communication
Serve as a liaison between the warehouse, procurement team, suppliers, factories, and customers.
Provide timely updates on stock availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
Assist with resolving discrepancies related to stock, delivery, or documentation.
System & Reporting
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the company's ERP or inventory system.
Generate reports as required for management review.
Support continuous improvement of warehouse and inventory processes.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year's experience in warehouse administration or inventory control.
Strong computer literacy, especially in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
