Key Responsibilities
Receiving/Issuing Materials & Finished Goods
Receive inbound raw materials and verify quantities against delivery notes.
Issue raw materials to factories based on approved requisitions.
Receive finished goods from factories and ensure they are accurately recorded.
Issue finished goods to customers in line with dispatch instructions.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate and orderly stock records.
Conduct daily and weekly physical stock counts and assist in monthly or quarterly stocktaking
exercises.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies promptly.
Documentation & Record Keeping
Prepare and file all warehouse documents, including delivery notes, goods received vouchers, stock
issue forms, and dispatch documents.
Ensure all stock transactions are supported by proper documentation.
Assist in preparing stock sheets and inventory reports as required.
Warehouse Coordination
Work closely with store supervisors, procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure
smooth flow of materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials and finished goods.
Compliance & Safety
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
Report unsafe conditions, damaged materials, or equipment promptly.
Comply with company policies and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Certificate or diploma in Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 1 year's experience in a warehouse or inventory control.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Physically fit and able to work in a warehouse environment.
