MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Agricultural Diploma / Degree highly advantageous
Minimum of 4 years dairy herd management
Minimum of 4 years pasture management experience
Proven ability to AI essential
Computer literacy essential
Alpro, DIMSA and 4th Quadrant advantageous
Ability to speak Zulu/Xhosa is essential
Excellent communication and motivational skills
Strong admin and record keeping skills
