Job Summary
The Data Entry Intern will work closely with the Customer Service Department to accurately capture, update, and manage client information, inquiries, and transaction records.
The ideal candidate must be organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Input and update customer information in the company's CRM and databases.
Record client inquiries, complaints, and feedback accurately.
Maintain and organize customer records (soft and hard copies where applicable).
Generate basic reports for the Customer Service team.
Assist in tracking customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Support the department with general administrative and documentation tasks.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc Degree (or currently serving NYSC).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Basic understanding of customer service processes is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
