Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into records.
Maintain organized files and documentation.
Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Handle documentation and data processing using Microsoft Word.
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc or equivalent.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of office administration.
Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently.
