Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor data protection and quality assurance frameworks
Conduct DPIAs, privacy audits, and compliance assessments
Guide staff, registrars, and stakeholders on data protection obligations
Support incident response and data breach management
Review vendor contracts to ensure privacy compliance
Deliver training and awareness on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity
Support KeNIC's Alternative Dispute Resolution Process (ADRP)
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Data Protection laws and compliance requirements
Experience in audits, risk assessments, and policy development
Understanding of data security, incident management, and IT environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical, proactive, resilient, and results-focused
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Law, Data Protection, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in data protection, compliance, privacy, ICT, or legal fields
Working knowledge of data processing, data security, and regulatory frameworks
Experience managing data incidents and breaches
Additional certifications in IT or privacy are an added advantage
