Your responsibilities can include:
Project Management & Execution
Plan, design, and implement infrastructure and process improvement projects from inception to completion
Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
Execute procurement strategies for equipment and systems supporting operational processes
Oversee project expenditures and ensure adherence to allocated budgets
Process Optimization & Analysis
Continuously evaluate existing processes and infrastructure to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
Analyse and implement automation solutions within distribution centre operations
Develop and maintain infrastructure and process blueprints aligned with business requirements
Support supply chain operations through engineering excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management
Foster collaboration across multi-cultural teams and diverse stakeholder groups
KEY DELIVERABLES
Successful delivery of budgeted productivity improvements through strategic engineering initiatives
Maintenance of current infrastructure and process documentation according to business standards
Effective cost management and budget control for assigned projects

Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Project Management/ Supply Chain / Operations Management / Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related field
3-5 years of project management experience in distribution centres, warehousing, or large-scale logistics operations
2-3 years of hands-on experience with complex operational environments
Previous exposure to fleet/logistics environments with demonstrated understanding of supply chain dynamics
Experience managing infrastructure or process improvement projects with measurable outcomes
