Objective
The Dean of Students is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing student affairs to enhance campus life. This includes overseeing sports and extracurricular activities, mentorship programs, counseling services, community service linkages, health services, accommodation, and college cleanliness. The Dean plays a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that fosters the personal, academic, and professional growth of students.

Job Specifications
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sports Management, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Student Affairs, Educational Leadership, or a relevant area is highly desirable.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in student affairs, counseling, academic administration, or sports management.
Proven track record in managing student programs, welfare, and disciplinary processes.
Be computer proficient (MS Office).
