The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Demand Generation Manager (DGM) to drive product demand, lead sales teams, and expand market presence.
This role is critical to achieving revenue targets and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive demand generation activities to achieve set sales targets
Supervise, coach, and manage Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs)
Monitor team performance through KPIs, itineraries, and sales reports
Develop and execute market penetration strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key clients
Ensure accountability and discipline within the sales team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
3 - 5 years experience in pharmaceutical sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to manage and motivate a field sales team
