Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new deposit customers (SMES, individuals, corporations, associations).
Drive deposit campaigns, product pitches, and market activations.
Manage portfolio: customer onboarding, documentation, account funding, and retention.
Build relationships with high-value customers and handle inquiries/escalations.
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly/monthly performance reports.
Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal processes.
Collaborate with branch/service teams to ensure smooth account operations.
Requirements
BSc in any related discipline.
3-5 years experience in sales/deposit mobilization (banking experience required).
Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills.
