Develop and manage public sector loan opportunities by engaging eligible government/parastatal entities, structuring facilities, and ensuring compliant disbursement and repayment.
Responsibilities:
Identify public sector lending opportunities and build institutional relationships.
Support end-to-end credit process: documentation, approvals, disbursement, monitoring.
Conduct due diligence on counterparties, payment sources, and contract validity.
Maintain comprehensive credit files and ensure compliance with internal controls.
Collaborate with legal, risk, and operations teams for documentation perfection.
Requirements
BSc in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related field.
2—5 years experience in public sector lending/credit
Strong documentation, stakeholder managernent, and analytical skills.
