Depot Controller at eThekwini Municipality

Key Responsibility Areas:


Controls the movement of assets within and in and out of the depot
Manages building and depot maintenance and cleaning.
Manages security of site.
Manages fire and safety systems within the site.
Monitoring and managing stores operation.
Manages sub-ordinate staff.
Controls small plant vehicle activities within the depot.
Maintains administrative control of the depot.
Controls the provision of vacuum tanker services.
Assist with clerical/stores functions.
Undertakes related assignments.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:


Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
3 years relevant experience of which 1 year should be at a supervisory level.
Computer Literacy.


Preferred Requirements:


Diploma (NQF Level 6) or equivalent in the Administrative field.
4 Years relevant experience.
