Deputy Dean of Students

Job Description Assisting in developing policies regarding students' life program. Advising the Student Governing Council (SGC) on functions, elections, transitions, and expenditure. Clearing internal/external students' correspondence and providing secretarial assistance. Planning, preparing, and directing students' welfare activities. Coordinating clubs and societies for community outreach. Receiving students' disciplinary cases and processing them for the Disciplinary Committee. Coordinating student counselling and psychological services. Coordinating students' games and sports activities. Addressing matters concerning student conduct and discipline. Receiving and attending to complaints between students and landlords. Requirements Doctorate degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution. At least three (3) years' work experience in the relevant field. Knowledge of Information Communication Technology. Membership registration with a relevant professional body.
