KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WORKING TOGETHER WITH THE PRINCIPAL):


Provide visionary leadership in line with the institution's mission and values
Oversee the development and implementation of effective educational programs
Ensure compliance with educational/regulatory standards and regulations
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for both staff and students
Oversee and Provide Leadership Towards Institutional Development and Growth
Lead recruitment efforts and cultivate a high-performing team
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the institution's reputation and community engagement


QUALIFICATIONS:


Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Profession
Master's Degree Will Be Added Advantage
TVETA Registration and Licensing
Post Graduate Certification in Technical Training Education (Pedagogy)
Possess and Demonstrate Qualities of Leadership and Management Skills
Proven Experience in Academic Administration or Institutional Leadership
Hands on Experience in Technical Education Teaching / Training
Excellent Understanding of TVETA, TVET CDACC and CBET Requirements
Strong Understanding of TVET Regulations, Curriculum Standards, and Compliance Frameworks
Excellent Communication and Team-Management Skills
High Level of Reliability, Flexibility and Effectiveness
Self-Motivated and Results-Oriented, with a Passion for Training and Desire to Create Lasting Impact on Learners and the Industry
