As the Digital Communication Officer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and delivering highly engaging content across our digital channel, including our website, blog, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Your core mission is to drive brand visibility and generate premium sales leads.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling: Craft and publish compelling stories, videos, and visual narratives that highlight our premium craftsmanship. Capture daily factory floor production, showroom setups, and installation projects.
Campaign & Calendar Planning: Plan, execute, and manage monthly content calendars and digital campaigns to drive platform traffic, follower growth, and brand loyalty.
Brand Strategy & Consistency: Establish a cohesive visual and messaging identity across all digital touchpoints. Align online branding with offline showroom experiences and conduct quarterly brand audits.
Audience Engagement: Monitor platforms daily to engage with our audience, fostering community loyalty. Ensure all online inquiries are addressed with a maximum 24-hour response time.
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and deliver monthly reports on digital campaign performances using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other evaluation tools, adjusting strategies to optimize KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Production, Showroom Sales, and Project Teams to source impactful narratives and integrate communication materials seamlessly.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience in a dedicated digital marketing role).
Experience: 1 - 2 years of active experience in digital marketing, social media management, creative content creation, and basic graphic design.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in handling photography/videography equipment.
Intermediate to advanced skills in mobile and desktop creative tools (e.g., Canva, InShot, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, etc.).
Hands-on experience managing and running campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and email marketing platforms.
Solid understanding of digital metrics and tracking software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
