Responsibilities:
Capture daily anchor photographs of the river, mountain, forest, staff, and golden hour scenes during scheduled sessions.
Create at least two Instagram Stories per session, posted directly to our pages Stories.
Produce one short-form video (reel or TikTok) weekly, uploaded for review before posting.
Contribute to weekly staff or property stories, maintaining the content series pipeline.
Attend scheduled sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, with additional sessions arranged in advance if needed.
Engage with the natural environment and property activities to produce authentic content.
Requirements:
Genuine eye for visual storytelling:
Ability to naturally notice and frame appealing shots, with or without formal photography training.
Comfortable with video: Understanding of short-form formats like Reels and TikTok; able to create engaging video content.
Reliable and self-directed: Punctuality for early morning and evening sessions; disciplined and able to work independently
Interest in mountain and land:
Genuine fascination with Mount Kenya, river, and highland forest, which reflects in the content.
Location:
Residing in or near Naro Moru, with the ability to attend early morning sessions without long commutes.
Basic understanding of visual storytelling:
Not necessarily professional photography or videography, but an instinct for what looks right and natural.
