Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketer with a proven record of developing and executing successful digital campaigns that generate measurable business results.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in lead generation, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, social media management, marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization. Experience marketing technology, fintech, SaaS, government technology, or enterprise solutions will be a significant advantage.
This role is not for someone who only manages social media pages. We are looking for a marketer who understands how to turn digital engagement into qualified leads and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy and Campaign Management
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Drive awareness and adoption of the company's products and solutions.
Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
Develop lead generation campaigns targeting government institutions, enterprises, SMEs, and strategic stakeholders.
Build and manage marketing funnels to improve lead conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth lead nurturing and conversion.
Content and Brand Management
Create and oversee content strategies that positions the company as a thought leader.
Coordinate the production of blogs, articles, videos, case studies, newsletters, and digital assets.
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
Website and SEO Optimization
Manage website content and performance.
Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
Social Media and Online Reputation
Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
Develop engagement strategies that increase audience reach and brand awareness.
Monitor online conversations and industry trends.
Analytics and Reporting
Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Monitor KPIs including lead generation, engagement rates, conversions, traffic growth, and campaign ROI.
Prepare monthly performance reports and recommendations.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 - 7 years of proven digital marketing experience.
Demonstrated success in lead generation and digital campaign management.
Experience marketing technology products, fintech solutions, SaaS products, consulting services, or enterprise solutions is highly desirable.
