Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and sales operations for our group of companies' technology advancement, fintech, and revenue enhancement solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, maintaining strategic accounts, identifying business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


Drive sales and customer acquisition for the company's products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, corporate organizations, and strategic clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposal engagements.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts.
Supervise and support relationship officers or sales support staff where applicable.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of 5 - 8 years' experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or account management.
Experience in fintech, enterprise technology, SaaS, banking, or public sector solutions is highly desirable.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good understanding of CRM tools and client relationship management practices.
Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities.
