As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.
You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media Management: Design and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.
Content Creation: Develop engaging written, graphic, and video content for our digital channels.
SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through automated workflows.
Performance Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics to track campaign performance, website traffic, and ROI, providing regular reports to management.
Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize budgets for Facebook/Instagram Ads and other PPC channels to ensure a low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with digital media trends and competitor activities to keep our brand ahead.


Requirements & Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs).
Design Skills: Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark to create quick visual assets.
Writing: Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at data and translate it into actionable marketing insights.
Certifications: Google Ads or HubSpot certifications are a strong plus.
