Job Summary


IDMANN Institute is seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, generating leads, and optimizing marketing performance across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement digital marketing strategies
Analyze campaign performance and generate insights/reports
Manage online campaigns (social media, email, ads, etc.)
Track website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics
Optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI
Conduct market and competitor analysis
Collaborate with content creators and designers
Recommend improvements based on data and trends


Requirements & Qualifications


Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in: Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Digital Media, Or related field
1 - 3 years experience in digital marketing or analytics
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Good data interpretation and reporting skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities


Added Advantage:


Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
SEO/SEM knowledge
Content marketing experience
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
