We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Executive to research public information, build accurate lead lists and support outreach. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning UK town planning and licensing rules, reading cases and understanding how each lead relates to the services we provide.
The successful candidate should be genuinely interested in learning about UK town planning, premises licensing, architecture and property development. You will receive guidance, examples and checklists, but you must be willing to understand the purpose behind the work.
You will be expected to:
Read and analyse planning applications, decisions and refusal reasons.
Learn basic town planning and licensing terminology.
Understand how different cases relate to the services we provide.
Identify whether a potential lead is relevant before adding it to the database.
Research properties, businesses and development projects using public information.
Ask questions and gradually develop better judgement when assessing leads.
Keep up with the services offered by the company.
Show curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Previous planning knowledge is not essential. However, the candidate must be comfortable reading detailed information and learning a specialist industry.
